Nicole & Jordan had an absolutely gorgeous wedding day. From the first time we met I knew our chemistry together would mesh, and the style of photography I offer was exactly what they we're looking for. We started out with Nicole getting ready with all the girls at Fox Tower at Foxwoods Casino. Then it was off to the ceremony at the Mashantucket Pequot Museum, and what a beautiful location to have a wedding ceremony!

Nicole and Jordan decided that it would be great fun to head over to Stonington Borough on the shore with the wedding party to photograph their formals and candids, and this really worked out well for the third location. After everybody hopped into the cable car style party bus, we then headed off to the reception located at Lake of Isles Golf Course & Resort.

The Candlewood Inn is located directly on Candlewood Lake in Fairfield County, Connecticut, and has acres of green lawn sweeping down to the waterfront. It was such a pleasure to be part of Maria and Richard’s wedding day at this beautiful location.

Waterfront Amarantes Sea Cliff Ct.Wedding Photography by Della Bella Photography

Amarantes Sea Cliff located in New Haven Connecticut was purchased by Andy Amarante in 1962, and the fine art of dining was introduced. Every offering and event had the Amarante design and flair, which made Sea Cliff the premier waterfront catering facility in Connecticut. Della Bella Photography has photographed numerous wedding events at this wedding facility over the years, and it is always one of my favorite venues to shoot. The sunset on New Haven harbor is always beautiful, and the food is amazing. Here are just a few samples from past weddings.

The Elegant Society Room: Hartford, Ct., Wedding Photography by Della Bella Photography

The Society Room located in Hartford, Ct. provided a truly elegant and classic setting for Cynthia and Craig's Wedding on 2/26/2016. Around this time last year Cynthia and Craig hired me to photograph their Connecticut wedding at the Society Room. Della Bella Photography also photographed their engagement shoot last June at Gouveia Vineyards where it was a pleasure to get to know you two over a bottle of wine. Kim and Dan's wedding at the Candlewood Inn in Brookfield, Ct. Kim and Dan decided to do a first look for their wedding and I find more couples are deciding to do a first look for their Connecticut Wedding. What is the advantage to do a first look, well it is a great chance to get the wedding jitters out and spend some time alone together. I find the first look photos are some of my favorites. It creates a special real moment to capture a candid moment. It also allows all the family group photos, wedding party photos and the bride and groom images to be captured prior to the ceremony. It is a great way to avoid stress on your wedding day!
